Services: Passenger baggage deposit (overnight baggage deposit services can be provided according to the needs of passengers)

Standard fees:
Baggage deposit service fees will be capped each day and calculated on an hourly basis. If the deposit time is less than one hour, the fees are charged as for one hour.
4RMB/piece/hour for each piece smaller than 20cm*40cm*55cm, 15 RMB/ day maximum fee
5RMB/piece/hour for each piece smaller than 40cm*60cm*100cm, 25 RMB/day maximum fee
7RMB/piece/hour for each piece larger than 40cm*60cm*100cm, 35 RMB/day maximum fee
8RMB/piece/hour for oversized baggage, 50 RMB/day maximum fee
10RMB/piece/hour for computers, digital cameras, video cameras, and other valuables 50RMB/day maximum fee

How to claim lost items:

Method 1: Claim by owner

At the time confirmed with the lost and found office, the owner shall provide his or her original ID card, passport, or other valid identification documents and submit photocopies as evidence of collection. If the item is lost on transportation to and from the airport, the owner shall also provide the relevant travel documents, such as the air ticket, boarding pass, and airport bus ticket. The owner shall also provide detailed seat information if possible. The lost and found office shall return the lost item to the owner after verification and registration.

Method 2: Authorization of an agent to collect the lost item

At the time confirmed with the lost and found office, the agent shall provide the owner's power of attorney in original or fax copy, the owner's original or photocopied ID card, passport, or other valid identification documents, and the agent's own original ID card, passport, and other valid identification documents and submit the photocopies of these as evidence of collection.
