How to travel to Mount Wuyi by High-Speed Train
There are two high speed railway stations near Mount Wuyi. Wuyishan North Railway Station(武夷山北站) is located 23km north of Mount Wuyi. Nanpingshi Railway Station (南平市站, its former name is Wuyishan East) is located southeast 27km of Mount Wuyi. Travelers can take taxi or bus to the south gate of Mount Wuyi from Wuyishan North Railway Station or Nanpingshi Railway Station.
Step 1: Book one high-speed train ticket from your city to Mount Wuyi, for example Shanghai to Wuyishan North Railway Station, or Xiamen to Nanpingshi Railway Station online. Nanpingshi Railway Station handles more high-speed trains than Wuyishan North Railway Station.
Step 2: Take your train to Wuyishan North or Nanpingshi railway station, and then take taxi or bus to the south gate of Wuyi Mountain.
Take taxi from Wuyishan North Railway Station to the south entrance of Mount Wuyi

Time: 50 minutes
Taxi fare: around RMB68 one way

Step 3: Buy the entry ticket and visit Mount Wuyi.
