How to get from Chengdu Tianfu Airport(TFU) to Chengdu City Centre by metro, bus or taxi

Chengdu downtown is located 63km northwest of Chengdu Tianfu international Airport (TFU). There are three public transports to travel between Chengdu city centre and Chengdu Tianfu Airport: metro line 18, airport bus No.1 and taxi. Metro line 18 is mostly recommended. First, Take Metro line 18 from T1/T2 Station of Tianfu Airport(T1/T2航站楼天府机场) to Chengdu South Railway Station(火车南站)

Taxi is one convenient and fast, but also the most expensive way to travel between Chengdu Tianfu Airport and downtown. Chengdu Tianfu Airport to Tianfu Square (Chengdu City Centre): 67km, 1 hour 15 minutes, RMB194 one way.
