Train's Cancellation and Change Policies

Important Notice:

1. If you have picked up the paper tickets at railway station, we cannot cancel or change your ticket any more. You have to go to the station ticket office to make the cancellation or change by yourself.

2. Train ticket just can be changed only one time.

3. If your ticket is for the train in the Mainland of China and that has been changed, it can be cancelled and you can get the refund.

4. But if your ticket is for the train to or from Hong Kong and that has been changed, it cannot be cancelled any more and there is Non-Refundable.

5. Credit card refund times depand on the issuing bank of your credit card. It usually takes 7 - 20 working days before you receive the refund.

Change Policy

If we receive your change request email 60 hours prior to departure time

The train ticket can be changed to any available train on different date with free of charge.

But if you want to upgrade the ticket's class, you need to pay the price difference.

If we receive your change request email from 60 hours to 2 hours before departure time

The train ticket can be changed to any available train before the departure time of your original train. It also is free of charge.

But if you want to upgrade the ticket's class, you need to pay the price difference.

If we receive your change request email less 2 hours or after departure time.

You need to go to the station ticket office to make the change by yourself. And it just can be changed to the same departure date.

Cancellatioin Policy

If we receive your cancellation request email 15 days prior to departure time

The service fee is USD4 per ticket

If we receive your cancellation request email from 15 days to 48 HOURS before departure time

The cancellation fee = ticket price * 5% + USD 4 service fee per ticket

If we receive your cancellation request email from 48 HOURS to 24 HOURS before departure time

The cancellation fee = ticket price * 10% + USD 6 service fee per ticket

If we receive your cancellation request email from 24 HOURS to 2 HOURS before departure time

The cancellation fee = ticket price * 20% + USD 6 service fee per ticket

If we receive your cancellation request email less 2 HOURS to departure time

Non-Refundable.

The cancellation fee = ticket price * 50% + USD 6 service fee per ticket

If we receive your cancellation request email less 2 HOURS to departure time

Non-Refundable.

If your train ticket has been changed, it cannot be cancelled any more, and Non-Refundable
